LET MY LOVE LANGUAGE BE PART OF YOUR BIG DAY

Flowers are my love language. They tell stories, evoke emotions, and set the scene for unforgettable moments. When you invite me to design your wedding florals, you’re not just getting a florist—you’re gaining a creative partner who truly cares about making your day feel like you.

THE PROCESS

I handle all manner of work from intimate elopements and sentimental memorial casket toppers, to workshops, influencer dinners and large, extravagant weddings…and I love them all, they’re all unique and ensure a highly individual end effect. My booking diary is now open for 2026 and I still have select availability in 2025.

Once you’ve had a look at my gallery and social channels and you think my designs would be the right fit for your event then head over to the contact form to submit all of your key details.

If I’m available on your date, I’ll follow up with a Pre-Event Questionnaire. Feel free to share as much as you like - I LOVE hearing about what you’ve got planned for your special event and it really helps me to get a measure of what you’re looking for and whether we’d be the right fit to work together.

Once I have that, I’ll respond as soon as possible - during peak wedding season my opportunities for admin days are limited but I’ll be sure to communicate any delays to you - with a quote for all of the items you’ve requested. Once you’ve had a chance to look at your quote and you’re happy in principle with all of the options you’ll move on to securing your date.

SECURING YOUR DATE.

Ready to say yes? I’ll send over an invoice for your booking fee, redeemable against your final event cost. Once that has been received you are officially in the diary.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

For weddings and other large-scale design installations I’ll typically get in contact with you again around 3 months before your event date. This one-to-one can take place virtually or, you’re always welcome to visit my home studio - there will be cake and the opportunity to fuss over my dog - whatever works best for you. At this stage we will go back over your Initial Quote, exploring the options which best fit your vision and budget. Feel free to share any reference materials or images that are important to you, for example, your invitation scheme, tablescapes or wedding party outfits. There are a wealth of images out there - to be clear I will never agree to replicate another florists work, I work hard to make sure your event is uniquely curated, bespoke for you.

FINAL TOUCHES

Following our one-to-one I will work up a mood board encapsulating everything we’ve discussed; colour palettes, scale and the final costs of all agreed design elements for you to sign off. Any minor adjustments can be made up to 3 weeks in advance of your event - this is the cut off point for ordering your gorgeous fresh flowers from local growers or wholesalers. At this point I ask that the final balance is paid in full to allow me to place these orders.

ON THE DAY

Ahead of your event, I will connect directly with the venue or planner to establish access times and locations so you need not worry about anything at all. At your venue, myself and my team will set to work to bring all of that planning to life and once your installations are looking gorgeous… tidy up after ourselves! If any elements need to be moved between locations - I do like to ensure your installations are working hard for the money - myself or my team can usually be on hand to do this if it’s planned in advance. For weddings, the part of the process that brings me the greatest joy is delivering your bouquets personally - I will never tire of seeing faces light up when you see your vision come to life…especially if it’s accompanied by a single glistening tear. (No pressure!!)

THE MORNING AFTER THE NIGHT BEFORE…

Once all of the last revellers have taken to their beds, happy, I’ll be back in the morning to deconstruct any installations and collect my props. The flowers and foliage that are used are yours to keep so if you’d like any of the fresh blooms - I had one crafty mother of the groom who bunched up all the flowers into posies for the guests to take away with them - just let me know, otherwise I will take everything home and compost the plant matter. In the interest of sustainability I re-use as many of my mechanics, and of course vases and vessels, as possible so I will collect all of these too. If applicable, I will refund your props deposit to you within a week after I have had the chance to check that everything is present and in good condition.

PICTURES AND TESTIMONIALS

I always love to be sent some of your professional images and with you and the photographer's permission it’s an honour to share them on my social channels and gallery. If you’ve enjoyed working together then a short testimonial of Google review is always welcome to help me secure future business.

BUDGETS:

Sometimes my quotes will come in over your budget, don’t be alarmed! I like to offer a scaled range for certain elements so that if we can work together to establish what is most important to you and what is going to have the biggest impact on the aesthetic of your event and invest more heavily there, and simplify the more ‘nice to have’ elements.

Budget is always a difficult subject but knowing what you’re comfortable spending really helps me to tailor my offering so that… I’m able to meet your needs without sacrificing any of your style and impact of the design elements. I firmly believe that having a vision and knowing which elements are going to have the biggest impact and ‘WOW!’ factor for your guests is overall is where the skill of a florist lies. I”m also a firm believer in making design elements work hard to deliver value. For example, looking at ways we can repurpose a ceremony backdrop to feature in your reception venue.
